Wonderscope is an IOS AR app for children bringing fun, exciting stories to life. The app allows children to turn their room into an extraordinary story like a galaxy mission or a modern version of a classic story such as Little Red Riding Hood.
Kids can experience 4 different stories all with educational information for example about stunt heroes, such as Charles Blondin, who walked across the Niagara Falls on a tightrope. Each story has its own style and topic of education. In the latest story, Clio, a character made of stardust, flies with children through the galaxy learning about the solar system and our planet with the goal of becoming a star. Children use their voice to answer to the characters on their device and progress through the story.
Combining education and, interactive storytelling into one world appears to appeal to the younger crowd, and their parents. Wonderscope was ranked in the top 10 for Iphone download for children between the ages of 6 and 8 and the app gained traction at Cnet, Variety & Engadget.
