Fast food chain White Castle collaborated with Coca Cola to launch special edition drinking which tells the story of the brand since it’s inception a hundred years ago.
In collaboration with local artist Bryan Moss, four different cups were created that tell the story of the restaurant. The user scans the cup via WebAR, after which the comic on the cup come to life. The comic style of the designs is a nod to the rise of comics in America during the rise of the brand.
The campaign received attention via marketing websites and is frequently liked via the artist’s Instagram page. The temporary nature and unique character of the collaboration could make these cups into real collector’s items.
