Delfshaven | Historic time travel with VR

Stichting Verborgen Stad has produced a new virtual reality experience in the historical heart of Delfshaven. The TimeTransit application allows users to travel through time up to 400 years ago and view the changes made to the city.

Users of the VR app can walk through Delfshaven with a smartphone and see the streets, the buildings, the port, and the object you are looking at looked like 400 years ago. Furthermore, the TimeTransit app also provides information about who lived where and what function everything had in the city. Verborgen Stad wants to share the experience of Delfshaven and make it accessible to see the changes made from 400 years ago until now.
