Borrasca is a Spanish producer of various wine products such as Prosecco and Cava. In 2021 the wine bottles will have a new design for a fresh new look. To promote the restyling, Borrasca deployed various communication tools. To match the modern look and feel, the brand asked us to develop an AR activation.
An innovative and spectacular introduction matching the branding of the new products. By using WebAR no app is needed and the activation can easily be viewed by everyone.
To match the new branding and bring the bottles to the attention of the target group in an appropriate way, a WebAR activation was chosen using 8thWall. By visiting the website with a smartphone or tablet, you get to see a spectacular 3D presentation.
The bottles are prominently displayed on a stage and are literally in the spotlight. A voice-over introduces the bottles in an appropriate way and after clicking on the bottles, the corks pop and the confetti flies around.
