Peugeot trains employees to organize their work as efficiently as possible whilst observing safety. The goal is to stimulate a safe, healthy and efficient working environment.
The virtual reality training courses take employees to the physiotherapist, amongst other things, where they learn about ergonomic working. There is also virtual reality safety training and soft skills training to improve communication with colleagues. The training consists of interactive 360 degree videos with multiple choice questions which participants answer through speech.
According to Peugeot, employees are continuously stimulated and more involved. The training is now running in 5 countries and contains 60 variants with which more than 40,000 employees have been trained. The Peugeot Group has the ambition to become a self-learning organization and to share knowledge with both internal and external stakeholders.
