Sony Pictures partnered up with mixed reality agency Trigger. Sony created a WebAR experience for the new movie Jumanji: The Next Level. The voice-activated WebAR experience takes Jumanji fans to movie locations, showing the fun and interactive content.
In Jumanji, players get pulled into the game and have to play it to survive. Sony Picture’s wanted to express this exact feeling into the campaign. With this in mind, they gave fans the option to select their favourite avatar from the movie and start an exciting adventure.
The Jumanji fans found the WebAR experience refreshing but most importantly thrilling. Exciting games, obstacles and interactive content: the foundation of an excellent executed WebAR experience.
