Happy Finish created an Augmented Reality unboxing app for the Sony Linkbuds launch. The experience allows users to explore four virtual universes and interact with the headphones in a whole new way.
The app allows the user to virtually open the packaging. The opening is accompanied by 3D objects and the user can experience the headphones through four virtual worlds. On Instagram and Snapchat Sony released numerous filters which change, depending on volume and react to speech.
Users can experience the new Sony Linkbuds in an interactive way and on different platforms. Many Youtube videos have been made about the unboxing of the linkbud, such as Shortcircuit where the video already has over a million views.
