Burger King and Angry Birds are collaborating with Zappar on an AR campaign. The companies created these campaigns to achieve a pleasant and family-friendly image.
You can scan a QR code when you purchase a King Jr. kids menu to play Virtual Eggs. The aim of this game is to scare Hatchlings, small Angry birds away from three 3D eggs, either by clicking on them or by shooting them with a catapult.
The campaign received attention on marketing websites such as Adweek and Marketingdive. The campaign was also visible several times to the more than 500,000 followers of Angry Birds.
