1800 Tequila celebrates their 10th anniversary with a collaboration with artist Okuda San Miguel. Using their packaging to showcase the work of the Spanish artist through various Snapchat lenses.
Unlock the Okuda themed lenses by scanning the limited-edition tequila bottles. One of these allows you to hold a colorful creation of Okuda in the palm of your hand.The campaign also released a 30-second video on YouTube highlighting Okuda’s artwork in various New York City neighborhoods.
The campaign received a lot of attention from outlets such as Adweek and renowned design blogs. The AR experience is an addition to the brand’s Essential 1800 Artists series, which previously featured artworks by Shantell Martin, Enoc Perez, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring.
